Our weight loss program is based on research and clinical experience. It focuses on eating healthy foods, physical activity and intermittent fasting. It emphasizes that the best way to keep weight off for good is to change your lifestyle and adopt new health habits.
THERE IS NO FEE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM
1. Between 8 p.m. and 12 p.m. (noon) the next day, you fast, you will notice that most of the time you are sleeping during this window, the only meal you miss is breakfast. During this fasting period, you can drink water, coffee, or tea with no sugar.
2. Between 12 noon and 8 p.m., you eat. You can eat as many times as you want in this window. But nothing but healthy (low calorie) foods. Take Super Citrimax. Start with 2 capsules 3 times a day, 1 hour before meals. If you have stomach upset, take the doses with meals. If you start to lose too much weight too quickly, decrease the dose to 1 capsule 3 times a day. We don't recommend losing more than 2.2 - 3 kg per week.
3.Take a photo of yourself that shows the whole body before you start with the program. At the end of the program, you will take another photo for compar-ison. It will be our pleasure if you send us copies. We will not show your face to the public.
4. Weigh yourself only once a week, every Saturday.
5. It is essential to exercise or walk 7,000 to 8,000 steps per day.

Here's How The Weight Loss Program Works:
1. Get your initial Hemoglobin A1c(for diabetics)
2. Take Glucose Support(for those with diabetes) as indicated
3. Take Super Citrimax(only if you need to lose weight)
4. Intermittent fasting: eat between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. and fast between 8 p.m. and 12 p.m.
5. Eat a healthy diet during your eating period and drink calorie-free beverages like water or unsweetened teas and coffee.
6. Exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week
7. Walk at least 8,000 steps per day

10. As soon as your Hemoglobin A1c drops to 5.6, see your doctor to stop your diabetic drugs. Stop Glucose Support, but continue with exercise and intermit-tent fasting.
